What information do
we collect and how do we use it?
When you create a new customer profile, we ask for your name,
mailing address, contact numbers and e-mail address. When
you place an order through our Online Store, When you place
an order or create a new customer profile we gather information
on: your name, products viewed, registered credit/debit card
address, delivery address, email address. We ask for your
credit card number and card expiration date, which is not
disclosed to or stored by S & O Limited, and is submitted
for payment authorisation through Paypal. For further information
please visit www.paypal.com. Once an online order has been
confirmed, credit card information is not reused. We also
ask for a contact telephone number which enables us to contact
if there is a query with your order. For non-UK mainland deliveries
we may provide your phone number to our couriers for the express
purpose of contacting you regarding delivery. All this information
is kept confidential.
Will you disclose
the information to other companies or organisations?
No. S & O does not sell, swap or rent your personal information
to any other company or organisation. We may choose to do
so in the future with selected third party companies, but
will notify you of the fact in advance of any activity. You
may select at any time not to receive information through
your user account. We may provide aggregate statistics about
customers, products, site traffic and related site information
to our suppliers and market research companies for the purpose
