Rules and Policies

Shiki-Beauty is a trading name/style of S & O Limited. Shiki-beauty.com is owned and operated by S & O Limited. S & O Limited is the sole distributor of Shiki-Beauty.

Shipping Information
Unless otherwise stated or requested, all orders within the United Kingdom are shipped recorded First Class via Royal Mail or our dedicated courier.

UK Orders
All UK orders received before 12noon on a working day will be dispatched the same day and should be received within 1-14 working days, excluding public holidays.

European and International orders
All European and International orders will be shipped either by Royal Mail or our dedicated courier and depending on actual location and shipment weight should be received within 30 days.

Returns Policy
Our 7-day return policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you receive the item, unopened (with any seals and packaging intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Due to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of hygiene we can only accept the return of opened items if they are found to be faulty by Shiki-Beauty. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please contact the Shiki-Beauty Customer Service Department at: customercare@shiki-beauty.com or telephone 020 7987 9073 between 10:00am-5:00pm to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA No.) before sending your product back to us. This will expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit/exchange upon processing. In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting a RA No.: invoice number, reason for return, action to take (replacement/exchange/return/credit) and whether the product has been used or is manufacturer sealed.

Please return all products 100% complete including all original boxes with a copy of your invoice and packing materials. RA No. approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges to Shiki-Beauty distribution office for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by Shiki-Beauty to the Customer at Shiki-Beauty's expense, using the same shipping method as used originally by Shiki-Beauty for the initial shipment of product/merchandise.

The Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. The Customer may opt to insure, recorded or register the return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as Royal Mail or courier company. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.

Please mark the package clearly on the top left hand corner with the provided RA No. issued by a Shiki-Beauty representative. Replacements/exchanges/returns/credits will not be accepted or processed without a valid RA No. RA Nos. will only be issued within 7 days of purchase.

Damaged Deliveries
If you receive your package damaged then please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt and ask the delivery person to return the item to sender.

If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product, the original box and packaging. Please contact Shiki-Beauty immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products.

of damaged products within the first 7 days of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Shiki-Beauty to file a damage claim.
